Pros
- 120V/240V dual-voltage output runs well pumps and small HVAC that 120V-only units cannot
- Connects to a standard transfer switch or inlet box, so it works as real whole-home backup
- Expandable to 41,472Wh with additional G5 batteries
- Ships with two 240W solar panels, so it can recharge off-grid out of the box
Cons
- Listed as currently unavailable on Amazon at the time of writing — check stock before planning around it
- Whole-home use still needs a transfer switch or inlet box, which is an electrician's job
- Expansion batteries are sold separately and add substantially to the real cost
